Profile A BANDY He volunteered in August 1914 and in the following January was drafted overseas. During his service on the Western Front he did excellent work as a gunner in the Battles of Loos the Somme Passchendaele Bullecourt and the Retreat of 1918 in which he was severely wounded and gassed. He was demobilised in February 1919 and holds the 1914-15 Star and the General Service and Victory Medals. Church Street Wing Bucks.
